These Terms of Service govern use of MoneyTing, operated by Navotrix Softwares Solutions LLP, including the Android application and related account services at moneyting.in.
This document is product legal copy for application and website use and is not legal advice.
It does not claim regulatory certifications, banking authorizations, or guaranteed payment detection.
1. Agreement
By creating or using a MoneyTing account, or by using the MoneyTing application, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the currently effective Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the application or related account services.
2. The service
MoneyTing is a mobile application that can help users notice payment-related notifications on their device and, when enabled, announce them using on-device voice features.
MoneyTing also provides account services such as phone-number OTP authentication, optional profile information, legal-document access, and consent recording.
MoneyTing is free to use. MoneyTing is not a bank, payment processor, or regulated financial institution.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide a valid phone number you are authorized to use.
Accounts may be authenticated with OTP codes sent to that number.
Navotrix Softwares Solutions LLP may suspend or deactivate accounts to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
4. Permissions and on-device behavior
Certain features require device permissions, such as notification access for payment-notification detection and audio output for voice announcements.
You are responsible for granting or denying permissions on your device.
MoneyTing does not claim direct access to bank accounts, banking authorization, or guaranteed detection of every payment event.
Notification processing is designed to occur on-device; the backend is not intended to receive SMS bodies or full payment-notification payloads for detection.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, abuse OTP request flows, or use the application for unlawful purposes.
You must not represent MoneyTing as a bank, payment processor, or regulated financial institution.
6. Customer content and profile data
Optional profile fields you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You must not submit unlawful or infringing content through available account fields.
7. Personal data and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Navotrix Softwares Solutions LLP is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you give MoneyTing, and you are the Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").
Creating an account requires you to accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy; that acceptance is your consent under Section 6 of the DPDP Act for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to info@navotrix.com or by asking us in the app's Support section to close your account, and withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
You may also ask for a summary of your personal data, ask us to correct or erase it, nominate someone to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Section 13 below tells you how.
You agree to give us personal data that is accurate and that you are authorised to provide, and not to impersonate another person or suppress material information, as required by the DPDP Act.
8. Legal documents and consent
Published legal documents may change over time.
Where the application requests consent, you may accept only the currently effective published version.
Consent timestamps are recorded by the server.
Public copies of the Privacy Policy and these Terms are also available at https://moneyting.in/privacy-policy and https://moneyting.in/terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an available basis.
Navotrix Softwares Solutions LLP does not warrant that notification detection, announcements, or connectivity will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free.
MoneyTing is not a substitute for official bank statements, payment confirmations, or financial advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Navotrix Softwares Solutions LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service, including missed or incorrect payment announcements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the application at any time.
Closing your account also withdraws the consent you gave for account processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Navotrix Softwares Solutions LLP may restrict or end access for suspended or deactivated accounts or for violations of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may publish updated Terms versions.
The currently effective published version is the version made available through the application/backend legal APIs and on the website.
